An appearance of tourist invitations doesn’t set by the law, so they are printed in a travel agency’s way. But there must be indicated a complete information about travel agency and invited Sudanese citizen, his trip’s plan (with specification of cities and hotels) and the dates of trip.
After obtaining a tourist invitation, Sudanese citizen will have to prove in the consular section that his purpose of visit is tourism. This procedure is used for all countries from the List of Migration Risk countries.

Russian private (homestay) visa for Sudanese citizens
In order to make Sudanese citizen’s arrival come true with a private purpose of visit, it is needed to issue a homestay invitation by an inviting party (a relative or a friend living in Russia).
For doing this, a person who wants to invite Sudanese citizen to the Russian Federation, needs to contact a Federal migration service section on his residence’s administrative unit and submit a homestay invitation application. With an application he needs to submit a copy of his passport and invited foreign citizen’s passport, incoming statement and a guarantee letter, in which he commits to provide an accommodation, medical care and livelihood for a foreigner for the whole period of his stay in the Russian Federation. Russian work visa for Sudanese citizens
If Sudanese citizen wants to obtain a visa, using which it is possible to stay in Russia for a whole year and which can be prolonged for an unlimited number of times, he needs to find an employer in Russia. Employer company must have a permission to hire employees from abroad.

These documents need to be sent to an invited person by an express mail.

Russian Electronic Visa from Sudan
An electronic visa (hereinafter referred to as "e-visa") is a new type of a visa document. A visa invitation to Russia is not required for obtaining an e-visa. To obtain an e-visa to Russia use our “E-visa to Russia” service.
An e-visa can be only single-entry. The permitted stay in Russia on an e-visa is up to 8 days from the date of entry within its validity period.
The validity period and/ or permitted stay on an e-visa cannot be extended. To obtain an e-visa a foreign citizen needs a digital passport photo and a completed application form containing full and valid data at the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
