a) tour voucher (=invitation) in Russia for a single or double entry tourist visa, which includes your passport information and dates of your trip;
b) tourist voucher is valid 30 calendar days after the issue date. So you have to apply for Russian visa and submit your visa support document within the stated period. After that your tourist visa voucher expires;

Additonal documents confirming the purpose of visit (tourism) will be required for processing a tourist invitation.
d) processing times for business invitations are set by the Russian authorities, a preliminary date an invitation is expected to be received is indicated in the confirmation for each order, however, the estimated due date cannot be guaranteed. Each application is subject to random security checks and can be send to the Federal Security Service for additional verification, which also affects the processing timeframe.
Important note! Due to internal reorganisation of the Migration Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and audits conducted in its territorial divisions, the MIA offices in St. Petersburg and Moscow, as of Nov, 2022 there are significant delays up to 10-20 business days.
Please note! The Russian Embassy/Consulate may refuse to issue visa on any grounds without giving explanation. This case is not the matter to refund the payment for the order.

- With the invitation it is necessary to apply for a visa to a Russian Consulate. Please, CHECK that all YOUR personal DATA in the invitation is correct BEFORE you go to the Russian Consulate. If not, please e-mail: order@goingrus.com with your visa invitation number;
- The Russian Consulate will ask you both for an original valid passport and for photocopies of your passport, the invitation (you just got), a completed Consular questionnaire, three passport-size photos and consular fees;
The Embassy/Consulate in your country may also require an original invitation from you. Please use our courier delivery service to request the original document (additional charges apply).
After arrival in Russia:
- Migration card will be provided to you on crossing the Russian border. Please fill-in this card in block letters. In the line "Address (host organization) in Russia" please write Ostwest.com. ATTENTION! Please do not lose the migration card. Otherwise you will have troubles crossing the border.
- Registration is still obligatory for foreigners in Russia. It has to be done in EVERY CITY in Russia where you STAY MORE THAN 7 WORKING DAYS. The day of arrival counts even if you arrive in the evening.
- If you stay at a hotel, the hotel will register you. Please check it with the hotel receptionist. The fee for the hotel registration is usually 2-3 USD extra.

Delivery:
- If you chose to receive the visa invitation by email, it will be sent to you immediately after you complete your payment.
- If you chose to receive the visa invitation by post, we will send your invitation by express mail and will send you the tracking number by email within 2 working days after you complete the payment.
Cancellation policy:
- If you choose to receive the visa invitation by email, it will be sent to you immediately after you complete your payment. In this case, you can’t cancel your order.
- If you order Medical Insurance for Russian Visa, it will be sent to you within 1 business day after you complete your payment. After completing the payment you can’t cancel your order. It's not possible to change any data in the medical insurance after submitting the order and payment.
- If you order a business visa invitation, no amendments, modification of any data, cancellation or redirection to a different consular section are possible after we submit applicant's paperwork to the MIA or MFA department for processing a relevant invitation. All decisions on acceptance / issuance / refusal on each application are made by the Main Directorate for Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the government fees are non-refundable at all times.
- Our company cannot accept responsibility or issue any refund of the payment per the order if its execution is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
- If you'd like to cancel your order and request a refund, be informed that a banking commission applies for processing online payment refunds, it may take 1-10 business days for the money to be credited to your account.
