Number of entries and duration of stay must be indicated, too.

Russian Private Visa for Philipino citizens
Private visa is necessary for citizens of the Philippines who would like to enter the Russian Federation with a purpose of visiting their relatives (or friends). In that case, the person related to the Philippines national should contact the local FMS office and submit the package of documents and application requesting issuance of a letter of invitation for private visa.

The package must include a copy of the Philippines national’s passport, proof of income and guarantee letter stating that the host assumes all expenses associated with the foreign citizen’s staying in the country. The invitation application may be processed for as long as one month. The host will be interviewed at the FMS office; it is important to give clear reasons why the citizen of Philippines has to come to Russia.
Organizations can also arrange private invitations in support of visa application. A single-entry visa application submitted by a legal entity can take up to 12 working days. A dual-entry visa application may take as long as 17 days to process. Work visa for Philipino citizens
To obtain a Russian visa in order to have the legal right to become employed and collect a salary, a citizen of the Philippines must obtain a work visa. It is impossible without assistance from the employer, located in Russia.

The employer should first obtain permission to hire foreign workers. Then he must obtain a work permit for the particular foreign employee and prepare a job offer for him/her. The process of issuing documents for work visa can take up to 1.5 months.
These documents should be sent to the citizen of the Philippines, who must then submit them as part of a package of documents attached to the application for work visa. In case of the positive decision, the visa will be issued for 3 months. Russian Electronic Visa from Philippines
An electronic visa (hereinafter referred to as "e-visa") is a new type of a visa document. A visa invitation to Russia is not required for obtaining an e-visa. To obtain an e-visa to Russia use our “E-visa to Russia” service.
An e-visa can be only single-entry. The permitted stay in Russia on an e-visa is up to 8 days from the date of entry within its validity period.
