Maria Shilina
Graduated with honors in Linguistics from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in 2012. Completed an internship at a language school in Berlin in 2013. Participated in the SEEDS volunteer program in Iceland in 2014. Earned a diploma in Sociology from the French University College at SPbU in 2015.
Worked as an English translator since 2012, and has specialized in travel insurance and assistance services since 2016. Has been part of the GoingRus.com team since 2018. Maria has over ten years of experience in tourism and linguistics.
Fluent in English, German, and French; currently learning Spanish and Portuguese. Has traveled across Europe, loves mountains, the ocean, post-punk music, and French films. In her free time, she attends concerts, practices photography, and plans new trips.
