Eligibility for Refunds
You are entitled to a refund in the following cases:
- Cancellation initiated by the company — full refund.
- Significant changes to contract terms made by us.
- Failure to meet service deadlines specified in the contract.
- Inability to provide the service due to our fault.
Refund Timelines
According to Articles 31-32 of the Federal Law "On Consumer Rights Protection":
- For cancellations before service begins — 100% refund.
- For cancellations during service provision — proportional refund for unused portion.
- For substandard service quality — full or partial refund as agreed.
Actual refund processing to your card takes 3 to 10 business days from application submission.
How to Request a Refund
- Submit a written application to our office or via email.
- Attach a copy of the contract and payment documents.
- Specify the reason for refund and transfer details.
- Wait for processing (up to 10 business days).
Important Exceptions
No refunds are provided for:
- Services already rendered (if quality is adequate).
- Our expenses incurred during document preparation.
- Third-party services (consular fees, banking commission fees, etc.)
Refunds are processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 "On Consumer Rights Protection" and contract terms.
