How to get Telex Russian invitation?
Telex invitations may be issued only upon an application filed by a Russian-based company, that is accredited by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. You can expect your Telex invitation in support of a single- or double-entry visa (valid for 30-90 days) to arrive in 3 days, for a multiple-entry visa (valid for 180-365 days) it will take 14 days. It is advised to arrange a Telex invitation in not less than 45 days prior to the planned date of entry in the Russian Federation.
